Hiking in the dunes is well worth the effort because of the amazing views, with the summit of High Dune offering the best panorama. For visitors with more time to spend, there are also plenty of hiking trails in the surrounding wilderness.

Tattoos As Art
Tattooing, the process of embedding ink under the skin to produce a permanent design, has been around since virtually the dawn of man. Many indiginious cultures practiced tattooing for both adornment, status and spiritual renderings. Though there has been a recent resurgence in native and tribal tattooing, most tattoos today are done strictly as a way of decorating one's self in an artistically expressive manner.

Vitamin D
Our bodies make Vitamin D when sunlight touches our bare skin. As a result, the right amount of sun exposure is very important.

The Green Room
According to a professor of theatre history, long before modern makeup was invented the actors had to apply makeup before a show and allow it to set up or cure before performing. Until the makeup was cured, it was "green" and people were advised to sit quietly in the "green room" until such time as the makeup was stable enough for performing. Uncured makeup is gone, but the green room lives on.

House Arrest: Breaking My Rule
Fans (or foes) of my decor commentary know that I rarely (I think Scott caught me once.) commenting on the person in the poorly decorated abode. In this case I must make an exception. Normally I would only comment on the quaintness of the doll/horse bric-a-braq. But I cannot let go unnoticed the home incarceration bracelet the subject at-hand (so-to-speak) is wearing on his right ankle. I'm sure his hook-up profile would read "can host." Or probably, "must host."

OZ: Hoyt on film
I may have to take to watching str8 porn!
From today's NY Post:"OZ" actor Evan Seinfeld is taking the plunge into porn. The frontman for hard rockers Biohazard, who appeared in 40 episodes of the acclaimed HBO prison drama, will star in flesh flicks with his porn star wife, Tera Patrick, that will be distributed through adult industry giant Vivid. "This will be a lot easier than 'Oz' because I'm making love to my wife," Seinfeld told us. "It's a natural occurrence. It's not a stretch."
Just in case you've forgotten Evan and his star quality, I've attached a pic from his work in Oz.
